Academy of Professional Aestheticians (APAes) is a professional institution for practising aestheticians that are devoted to, professionally occupied with, skin health and beauty through spa treatment and or cosmetic treatment.

APAes's leadership role in advancing the aesthetic therapy profession has resulted in the emergence of the Certified Practising Aesthetician Qualification Course as a globally accepted benchmark qualification which is an in-depth course that provide knowledge in the areas of general sciences that you need to know to keep you and your clients safe and healthy; skin sciences that offers clear, up-to-date knowledge on every aspect of the skin; the principles of aesthetics procedures focus on actual practices performed by the aestheticians; and the business of skin that creates financial and operational success as an aestheticians.

APAes also seeks to provide high quality, relevant professional development programs that relates to the lifestyle industry through strategic partnership with various higher tertiary institutions, professional bodies, industries and companies in the world that are intellectually stimulating and appropriate to aestheticians and companies or consortia of companies.

APAes is registered with the Council for Private Education, Ministry of Education, Singapore Government through the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) as set out under the Private Education Act 2009, Section 35 (1) and the Private Education Regulations, spells out the mandatory registration requirements and legislative obligations which all private education institutions, operating in and from Singapore, must meet.
